Pricing: All prices on our website are in Japanese Yen (¥) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable sales tax. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to adjust prices for products due to currency fluctuations or increased supplier costs.

Risk of Loss: Products are at your risk from the moment they are delivered to the carrier. We recommend signing for packages or arranging a delivery time that works for you. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact the carrier immediately and notify us with supporting documentation.
Delivery Address: Ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by you.
Returns, Refunds, and Guarantees
Germination Guarantee: We guarantee 98% germination rate on all seed packets. If seeds fail to germinate at expected rates within 60 days of sowing, we will replace the packet free of charge. To claim, provide photos of the sown area and your order number to support@rainbowelmmeadow.com.
Returns: If you wish to return a product for reasons other than germination failure, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately with photos. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: This website and all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure. Seed germination and plant growth depend on many factors beyond our control, including weather, soil, maintenance, and user application of our planting guides.
